Virtual Volume 

Designed for lash artists that have taken a lash training, and feel that additional training is needed. This is a 1 on 1 session, and is completely customized to fill in the gaps and address any areas of concern. This training can be for classic or volume lashing, and can be offered virtually for out of state students. If you are out of state please call after booking, there will be an additional $125 charge for your premium Lash Gang Official training kit. The class price is $500. A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to register. The remaining balance is due the day of training.  Please Note: It is REQUIRED that you have previously taken a full version of the desired refresher course before booking. It is NOT mandatory that you have previoulsy taken one of my trainings. This training is not designed to replace a full class, it is a supplemental training to ensure that you are comfortable and understand lashing fundamentals and the application process to ensure your lash success. 

Mapping 101

Ready to implement consistency, balance, symmetry, and dynamism into your lash sets? Our LIVE mapping training is for you! Whether you are a beginner or advanced lash tech, practicing classic or volume lashing, this course is a great choice. In class we will dicuss: eye shapes, lash symmetry and balance, proper length/curl/diamter selection, weight control, diameter and curl styling, how to work with extended length lash extensions, wrapping the eyelid and much more! You will feel confident in your lash styling after leaving this class, and you'll never have to write your clients lash maps down again! I will teach you how to truly customize each clients lash extension set to their eye. These simple tricks will allow you to stand out from the competition and raise your lash service prices and skill. $299 class price is due to register. All payments are final and non-refundable. 

Beginners Classic 

Created for the aspiring Lash Artist, Beginner Lash training is an intimate environment to ensure ample personal attention and time to practice on live models. I strive to provide quality instruction; therefore this is a small training course. The student will be working on live models, and will learn to apply with precision a full set of classic lashes, removal, lash refills, and lash design. We will cover lash theory, sanitation, eye shape, glue usage, business fundamentals, and more. A $300 Non-refundable deposit due to reserve space. Class price $1100. Students will receive a full lash kit with Lash Gang Official branded products, a Lash Gang Academy training certificate, and manual.

Business Coaching 

This class is available for Thursday morning bookings. We take a deep dive into your retail, e-commerce, or beauty service based business. Students are sent a detailed questionnaire immediately after booking. The questionnaire takes a deep dive into the logistics and cash flow of the business, business goals, pricing structure, accounting, and more. The answers determine the plan of action that we lay out to successfully reach desired business milestones, and improve business efficiency and functionality. The 2hr live session is used to discuss plan of action and steps moving forward. Full payment is due to book class. Questionnaire is required to be returned via email at least 3 business days before live session. Sessions are $450, full payment is required to book. 

Shopify Site Conversion Implementation

This audit and implementation is designed to help increase conversion and average order value (aov) metrics of your shopify store. Please note, this is not a branding or web design service. This service is designed to audit and implement high conversion and aov tactics to your shopify store, to increase overall store revenue. This service will not drive traffic to your shopify store. This service is designed to help turn visitors into purchasing customers, and increase the purchase dollar amount of existing store customers. I will also give my recommendations for website design improvements to help drive sales. 

According to shopify the average conversion across all stores is 1.5%. On average a conversion rate of 3.1% is considered good, and will rank your store in the top 20% of all shopify stores. My all time conversion rate high is 13% and I am consistently maintaining a conversion rate of 10% and above, which directly impacts my store revenue. 

On average shopify stores have an aov of $72. Meaning on average people spend $72 per purchase. My aov is consistently above $100, meaning that on average, shoppers spend more on my store than most shopify stores. Which also directly correlates to store revenue. 

This service came about after my own struggle to drive my metrics. After speaking with other shopify store owners I came to realize that the information isn't readily available. Most readily available information in regards to increasing sales is centered around store design and branding which is only a part of growing a successful online store. While specific metrics can not be promised, I am proof that my tactics are effective.
