Shipping Policy

Paid orders are shipped daily Tuesday - Saturday excluding ALL major holidays. Please allow 24hrs for processing and 1-3 business days for shipment. Orders placed after 10am Saturday Central Time Zone will be shipped Tuesday.

 

Overnight Shipping Policy

Expedited orders ship Tuesday - Saturday excluding ALL major holidays. Overnight Orders placed Sunday or Monday will ship Tuesday. Overnight Orders placed after 8am CST Saturday will also ship Tuesday. Overnight Orders placed by or before 10am CST Tuesday - Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Overnight orders placed after 10am CST Tuesday - Friday may be processed and shipped the following business day.

 

Tracking

Upon Fulfillment of order a tracking number will be issued via email. Once your order has left our facility we are NOT responsible for any misplaced, lost, or stolen packages. Please Note: All packages are covered with at least $50.00 in insurance. To redeem in case of lost/damaged please contact the United States Post Office customer support: 1(800)-275-8777.

Product Availability 

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock after your order has been placed, we will contact you immediately. If we are not able to reach you we will fulfill your order and process a refund for the out of stock item.
